Serving individuals of all ages, races, genders, and abilities, we offer tailored solutions, waiver and Rule185-VADD- TCM management. Our goal is to empower you with the right resources and support, enhancing your independence and well-being.

Our Founder

Xong Vang is the founder and CEO of Bestview Care Options, bringing over 20 years of experience in case management to the communities she has long called home. A licensed social worker and dedicated advocate, Xong established Bestview Care Options in 2018 with a clear mission: to deliver high-quality, person-centered case management services that empower individuals and strengthen communities.

Her deep-rooted commitment to equity, access, and compassionate care continues to shape the vision and values of Bestview, guiding the organization in serving people of all backgrounds.
